10.15am – Forever Fit (a low-impact, slower-paced session designed to help you stay mobile, active, and independent for longer).

NEW Tuesday evenings: 5.30pm and 6.30pm sessions available – Circuit Training – Strength & Endurance (a full-body circuit class focused on building strength).
